摘要
分析了高速铁路相对于常规铁路在安全技术方面的新要求和主要的技术难点；论述了除基础设施外，涉及人一机一环各因素间的安全问题；在此基础上提出了高速铁路安全系统的构成以及在我国发展的意见。
In this paper, some new requirements and main techlogical diffculties of the high-speedrailway coresponding general railway is analised, and except base-equipments safety problems related to the facts in Man-Machine-Circumstance is descriebed. In based of this, thesafety system construction of high--speed railway and some advices on its development for ourcountry are proposed.
