摘要
依靠科学管理和科技进步与推行全口径安全管理相结合，上海电力安装二公司在吴泾、金山火电工程建设中，实现了两个工程全口径无人身死亡、无重大火灾等火电工程施工中容易发生的恶性事故。本文结合工程实例系统地介绍了在工程建设中推行全口径安全管理的做法与经验，不仅在电建系统，而且在建筑全行业都具有借鉴与推广的价值。
Combining scientific management and technical advancement with pursueing overallsafety management, the No. 2 Construction Co. of Shanghai Electric Power installation realized that no death and fire occured in the thermal power projects in Wu im and JinshafySuch accidents are liable to occur in thermal power stations. The method and experience forcarring out overall safety management in project construction are presented, which are worthusing for reference and promoting not only in power construction system, but also in the entire construction industry.
