摘要
本实验采用FeSO_4/抗坏血酸体系观察了氧自由基对大鼠心肌线粒体质子ATP酶(H ̄+-ATPase)水解与合成活性的损伤作用及丹参素(DS-182)的保护作用效应。结果表明:FeSO_4/抗坏血酸体系产生的氧自由基可使线粒体H ̄+-ATPase水解活性明显升高、合成活性明显下降,丹参素可以防止H ̄+-ATPase水解活性升高,合成活性下降、显示出良好的保护作用。
An oxygen free radical generation system,FeSO_4/Ascorbic acid,was used to observe the effect of oxygen free radicals on the hydrolytic and synthetic acti-vities of H ̄+-ATPase in rat myocardium mitochondria and the protective effect of DS-182.The results showed that FeSO_4/Ascorbic acid increased hydrolytic activity of H ̄+-ATPase markedly, whereas the synthetic activity decreased tremendously. Salvianic acidDS-182)protected these activities(either hydrolytic or synthetic ) of H ̄+-ATPase against oxygen free radicals injury.
