摘要 本文在大鼠主动脉球囊内皮剥脱术后血管壁细胞过份增殖模型上,用合成的纤维蛋白(原)降解产物肽6A(40μmol/kg/d)治疗,可有效地抑制损伤血管壁的细胞计数增加和内膜增殖,显著降低其血管组织 ̄3H-TdR和 ̄3H-Leu掺入增加程度,实验结果提示肽6A作为血管成型术的辅佐剂,对于防治再狭窄可能具有潜在临床应用前景。 A vascular cell proliferation model was established by balloon angioplastyin rat aorta treated with synthetic peptide 6A(40 μmol/kg/day ),which is a degradationproduct of fibrinogen,the increase in cell count of injuried vascular wall, and incorpor-ation of ̄3H-TdR and  ̄3H-Leu of vascular tissues were inhibited effectively.These resultssuggest that peptide 6A as an adjuvant of balloon angioplasty might have clinically pros-pective significance in preyention and therapy of restenosis.
