虎杖甙对肠缺血再灌流时肠外器官的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 本实验探讨了家兔肠缺血再灌流损伤时肠外器官损害的发生机制,观察了虎杖甙对器官的保护作用。结果显示,与肠缺血再灌流损伤组相比较,虎杖甙处理组动物肺通透指数上升的幅度显著降低。虎杖甙处理组动物肠、肺、肝和肾中MDA含量也较肠缺血再灌流组显著降低。虎杖甙处理组动物肺和肾中SOD含量显著高于肠缺血再灌流损伤组。虎杖甙还可以减少肿瘤坏死因子和溶酶体酶N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶的释放。实验表明虎杖甙具有抑制脂质过氧化反应,稳定溶酶体膜和减少肿瘤坏死因子释放的作用,因而可以减轻肠缺血再灌流引起的肠和肠外器官的损害。 The present study was designed to examine the mechanism by which the distant organs were damaged during intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury (IIRI) and to observe the protective effect of polydatin (PD)in rabbits.The results showed that com-pared with untreated group at 2.5 h after IIRI,PD group had a lower lung permeability index,higher levels of SOD in lung and kidney and lower levels of MDA in intestine,lung,liver and kidney. PD decreased the release of tumor necrosis factor and lysosomal enzyme N-acety1-β-D-glucosaminidase,These data indicated that polydatin can protect organs against intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury and remote organ damage by means of reducing lipid peroxidation,stabilizing the lysosomal membranes and decreasing the release of tumor necrosis factor.
