摘要
检查５８例椎－基底动脉供血不足患者脑干听觉诱发电位（ｂｒａｉｎｓｔｅｍａｕｄｉｔｏｒｙｅｖｏｋｅｄｐｏｔｅｎｔｉａｌＢＡＥＰ），异常率为６３．８％。ＢＡＥＰ异常可反映内耳前庭缺血、中枢缺血或两者皆有。ＢＡＥＰ检测对脑干缺血性疾病的诊断有一定的价值。
Brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)changes in 58 cases of ver-tebrobasilar ischemia were reported.The abnormal rate was 63.8%.The abnormal ofBAEP indicates ischemia of cochlea and centre or both of them BAEP was valuable indignosis of vertebrobasilar artery ischemic diseases.
