摘要
观察了６３例正常成人血清ＴＳＨ与纸片ＴＳＨ关系，并与１０４例新生儿纸片ＴＳＨ进行对比分析。结果表明，成人血清ＴＳＨ与纸片ＴＳＨ无显著性差异；成人纸片ＴＳＨ与新生儿纸片ＴＳＨ也无显著性差异。提示纸片ＴＳＨ测定可代替血清ＴＳＨ测定用于碘缺乏病的人群监测。
Selenium and Manganese were added into the basic food from endemic area of Keshan diseasein order to study the effects of the' two trace elements on the activities of GSH- Px in rats' blood,SDH in rats' hearts and SOD in rats' hearts and livers. The results showed that selenium￣addedfood increased the activities of GSH-Px and SDH,and selenium-deficient food lowed them. Man.ganese-added diet lowed the activity of SDH more markedly. Neither manganese-added nor selenium-added food affacted significantly the activities of SOD in rats' hearts and livers. The resultsindicated that manganese-added and selenium-de.ficient food can cause demage of tissues,and selenium can protect heart tissue and increase its ability of antioxidation.
