摘要
用原子吸收光谱法同时测定了大骨节病区、非病区儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量,以此评估大骨节病区儿童锌营养状况。结果表明,大骨节病区组与非病区组之间,不同病情大骨节病区组之间的儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量均无明显差异,患病组病儿血清Zn含量显著高于病区健康组(P<0.05)。而发Zn含量与病区健康组的差异不明显。各组儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量均分别达到或高于儿童血清Zn正常值和发Zn正常值(下限),提示大骨节病区儿童(病儿和健康儿童)锌营养状况基本正常。
In order to evaluate zinc nutritional status of the children from Kaschin-Beck Disease (KBD) affected areas,serum and hair zinc contents in the children from the endemic areas and non-endemic areas were determined by the atomic absorption spectrogram method. Significant differences in serum and hair zinc did not exist between the children from the endemic and endemic-free areas and between those from the endemic groups with various diseased conditions. However, in the endemic areas, serum Zn content of the children with KBD was increased significantly compared with those without KBD though hair Zn contents did not display any significant difference between them. In addition , both above-mentioned parameters in all the groups reached the normal standards of serum and hair zinc contents in childhood. Those indicated that zinc nutritional status appeared to be normal in the endemic children, with or without Kaschin-Beck Disease.
