我们把聚合酶链反应技术应用于布氏菌的检测,探索了该PCR体系扩增的最佳反应条件。它对6种布氏菌纯化DNA均可扩增,同时还测定了PCR的敏感性和特异性。证实该方法最低可检测200个菌细胞。与布氏菌血清学交叉反应较多的耶氏菌等PCR结果阴性,说明这对引物具有很高的特异性。

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)techniques was used detection of brucella and explored the optimum reaction condition of PCR diffused. It can diffuse 6 kinds brucella purifing DNA ,at the same time the sensitivity and specific of PCR was determined. It can be determined 200 bac-terio-cell at least. The result of PCR was negative when Yersins etc happened alternate reaction with brucella serum. The result showed that it was high specific for go-between.
