实验性氟中毒大鼠关节滑膜细胞的体视学研究

Stereological study on the joint synovial cells in the experimental rats with fluorosis

为探讨氟中毒对关节滑膜的损伤，用１２只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组。实验大鼠饲以５０ｍｇ／Ｌ含氟水１２０ｄ后，取关节滑膜进行超微结构体视学检查。结果显示：氟中毒大鼠关节滑膜细胞体积缩小，线粒体肿胀、增生，与对照组比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明过量氟对滑膜细胞有损伤作用。

To investigate the effect of fluoride on the synovial cells,twelve wistar rats were divided into 2 groups of 6 animals each,group I was the negative control.The animals of group Ⅱ were fed with 50mg/L of fluoridated drinking water for 120 days.The synovial cells in the rats with fluorasis were studied with stereological method.The results showed that the volume of the synovial cells were smaller than the one of the control' And the mitochondria of the synovial cells showed swelling and prohferation as compared with the control.These suggest the excessive fluoride may bring about damage to the joint synovial cells.
