摘要
给Wistar大鼠孕期分别自由饮用0.6mg/L(对照组),25mg/L含氟水,其子鼠(饮用同浓度含氟水)至75d,探讨胚胎期至生长发育期接触较高剂量氟对雄鼠性腺的影响。检测结果显示,在该染氟剂量和时间内,氟未引起睾丸组织脂质过氧化作用发生改变。但睾丸LDH-X酶活性显著增高,唾液酸含量亦显著升高,血浆LDH活性降低。表明氟可引起睾丸组织的生化功能改变.对睾丸组织的细胞有一定损伤作用,旦这种损伤作用似不是通过引起脂质过氧化造成的。
Wistar rats were exposed to fluoride by drinking water from gestation to day 75.The biochemical function of testis of offspring rats was studied.The results showed that the activity of LDH-X increased in testis,and LDH activity in plasma was decreased significantly.The static acid level in testis tissue was increased significantly.The results suggested that fluorine could interfere with the biochemical funtion of testis and cause damage to testis tissue.
