Study of control measure and efficacy of brucellosis among peoples and animals in agricultural area of zhengzhou city

借鉴牧区防治经验，结合本市实际探索出一套适合农区特点的，以畜间检疫、免疫，重点人群预防接种，周围区域共同联防，加强传染源管理和疫情监测为主的综合性防治措施、实施后有效地控制了布病流行。并取得显著的社会和经济效益。

According to the experience of prevention and treatment in pastrora area and the reality of Zhenzhou city,we have obtained some synthetical measure of prevention and treatment. These measures include quarantine and immunization among animals,vaccination of high risk peo pies, management of infectious reservoir and surveillance of disease. After using these measures, we control effictiviy the epidemic of brocellosis. The morbidity of peoples has declined to 0. 02/100, 000 from 16. 47/100, 000. The infection rate of peoples and animals has declined to 0. 98% and 0. 05% from12. 23% and 32. 95%,respectively. By checking,we consider that four county of Zhengzhou city have reached to the standard of brucellosis stable control area, the urban and suburb district has reached to the standard of brucellosis control area. We have obtained a notable benefit of society and economy. The cost -benefit ratio was 1: 20. 81.
