摘要
本文认为，要使地勘勘经济与市场经济接轨，必须对地勘单位实行企业化改造，建立现代企业制度．并提出地勘单位企业化改造的两条途径．
The author holds in order to make geological exploration economy conform to the market economy, it is imperative to transform the geological prospecting units into enterprises and establish a modern enterprise system. Two ways to reform these units are proposed.
