关于队办企业股份合作制改革几个问题的思考

本文结合福建地矿局在办企业试行股份合作制的实践，认为股份合作制是队办企业的最佳选择．并对搞好股份合作制有关几个主要问题作了探讨．

Baed on the practice of a cooperated stock sharing system tried out by the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources or Fujial among the enterprises run by its geological prospecting units, the authors deem that this system is the best choice for all enterprises of grological prospecting units to develop. Several major problems with regard to further improvement of such a system are also discussed.
