参照国际惯例　全面推行油气储量资产化管理

CARRY OUT MANAGEMENT OF OIL AND GAS RESERVES AS ASSETS IN AN ALL-ROUND WAY ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE

本文介绍了西方国家政府和石油企业对油气储量管理的做法，认为我国对油气储量推行资产化管理是建立社会主义市场经济体制的客观要求，并论述了其意义和作用，提出了推进油气储量资产化管理的若干建议。

While giving an account of the ways adopted by the governments and petroleum enterprises of Western countries in their management of oil and gas reserves,the authors deem that it is the objective demand of the establishment of a socialist market system in China to carry out management of oil and gas reserves as assets. The significance of such a practice and the positive role it would play are expounded. in the article,including some suggestions by the authors on how to carry it into effect.
