本文分析了西藏矿产资源状况及其特征，阐述了在西藏实施矿产资源优势转化为经济优势战略的必要性和构想，并就此提出了几项具体建议。
With an analysis of the mineral resources situation of Tibet, as well as its characteristics. the article expounds the necessity of taking a strategic move of turning the mineral resources advantage of this region into economic advantage. Some views concerning this point, together with several concrete suggetions are put forward.
