摘要
本文认为，地勘单位应尽快实现由事业单位向企业的转变，建立起适应市场经济要求的管理体制和运营机制。文章就此阐述了意见。
The article expounds that the geological prospecting units should turn themselves from institutional units to enterprises as soon as possible and establish at the same time a new management system and a new operational mechanism, so as meet the requirements of the market economy.
