文章通过对地勘单位多种经营企业现状的分析。转换多种经营机制，变革其财产组织形式和经营方式，借鉴了乡镇企业成功的经验，走＂国有民营＂的路子，是实现稳定转产有效的办法。
Through an analysis of the present state of affairs of the diversified enterprises run by geological prospecting units, the, author holds these enterprises should transform their opening mechanism and reform the pattern of their property composition and change the way they operate; they should draw on the successful experience of township enterprises, i·e·, ' local people running state-owned enterprises. 'It is thought such are the effective ways for them to achieve a steady shifting of their line of production.
