河西走廊矿业城市资源多元化开发战略初探

A PRELIMINARY APPROACH TO THE PLURALISTIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR MINERAL RESOURCES OF MINING CITIES IN HEXI CORRIDOR

本文认为，矿业城市是工业化与城市化的产物，大多以能源、钢铁、有色金属、化工等主体矿产的开发和利用，逐步发展成为我国城市体系的一个重要分支和重要的能源、原材料生产基地。河西走廊矿业城市的发展过程曲折，其资源开发利用程度和所处阶段不一，但总体上都已经或将面临资源耗竭问题。因此，笔者提出了河西走廊矿业城市资源多元化开发战略。

Mining cities are the results of industrialization and urbanization,mostly involved in the development and exploitation of the main mineral resources such as energy, iron and steel, nonferrous metals, chemicals etc, and have gradually become an important branch of the city system of China and major bases of energy and raw materials. The mining cities in Hexi Corridor have experienced varied courses of development and are now at different phases of resources exploitation. But all of them have either already faced or will be confronted with the problem of mineral resources exhaustion. Based on this viewpoint, the author puts forward a pluralistic mineral resources development strategy for the mining cities in Hexi Corridor.
