摘要
本文将矿产勘查投资划分为投资前决策和投资中决策两部分，着重介绍了投资中决策的特点、决策变量、决策目标、可行的决策方法及步骤。
In this paper, the decisions-making on minerals prospecting investment is divided into two parts, which are the decision-making before the investment and the decisionmaking during the investment. But the characteristics of the decision-making, the decision variables, decision target as well as the feasible methods and steps for the decision-making during the investment are mainly discussed.
