本文通过对市场经济国家地矿业运作特点的分析论述，结合冶金地质部门引进外资开展矿产勘查开发实践中的体会，对我国矿产资源国家所有管理问题进行了有益的探讨。

In this article, based on the introduction on the operation characteristics in geology and mineral prospecting in market economy countries and combining practical experiences in inviting foreign investment in geological prospecting by Metallurgical Geology Departments, beneficial discussions on the management of mineral resources owned by the state were made.
