摘要
本文发展了一个计算蜗壳内稳态二维不可压湍流流动SIMPLEC算法,在Boussinesq假设的基础上,首次利用本构方程的张量形式,推导出任意正文曲线坐标系下的湍流N—S时均方程及脉动动能生成项G的通用公式.适当修正了非设计工况下一个叶轮周向非均匀修正方案。计算结果与实验资料吻合较好.在对叶轮与蜗壳适配性问题做初步探讨的基础上,提出了在火电厂锅炉通风机选型时应注意的两项原则.
The thesis proposes a SIMPLEC algorithm for steady two-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow. On the basis of the Boussinesq hypothesis and by means of the tensor form of constitution equation for the first time,the N-S timeaveraged equation for turbulent flow under optional orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system and the general formulation for the productive item G of pulsating kinetic energy are derived. And it corrects properly a nonuniform around impeller corrective scheme under non-rated working condition. The theoretical results are almost identical to the relevant exprimental data. Based on the adaptivity between impeller and volute are the primary research. It puts forward two important rules of chosing the type of centrifugal fan in thermal power plant.
