摘要 本文从三种共混体系的选配、抗静电剂含量和共混方式对涤纶纤维可纺性、抗静电性及耐水洗性的影响中,发现涤纶-聚乙二醇-十二烷基苯磺酸钠-硬脂酸盐四元共元混体系,因复合抗静电剂的协同效应,使其抗静电性和耐久性好。 From the effect of the ingredients with three kinds of blended systems, the antistatic agent content, the blended methods on the spinnability, the antistatic behavior, durability to washing of PET filament, it is found that the antistaic behavior of the PET-PEG-SDBS-STEARATE tetranary system was getting better due to synergistic effect of the combined antistatic agents and its volume resistance reached 108-109Ω·cm after washing 20 times in 40℃ saponaceous water. And its spinnability, drawn behavior are good. The effect of the antistatic agent content on mechanical property of PET filament was also investigated.
