摘要
本文提出了一种将K72型丝织机改造为挠性剑杆织机的引纬方案,并对引纬机构进行了运动学分析,为系列化改造推荐了有关零件的结构、尺寸参数。最后还提出了一种具有微调功能的引纬机构的设计方案。
A reconstruction design to transform K72 silk weaving machine into a flexible rapier loom is here presented with the kinematical analysis of the weft-insertion and beating-up motions being made. Then the relevant component parts structure parameters for series reconstruction are recommended and a new mechanism for fine stroke adjustment is also proposed in the end of the paper.
