环锭纺机升降部件平衡凸轮与弹性元件的设计计算

摘要 新型环锭纺机利用弹性元件和干衡凸轮来替代传统用的重锤,以平衡升降部件的大部分自重,其中有用扭杆的,也有用螺旋圈簧的。本文利用功能原理来分析讨论它们的共同工作原理和设计方法,也分别研究了它们各自的特点。这种平衡凸轮的设计计算在一般机械原理教材著作中是很少见的。本文详细地给出其工作廓线的分析计算方法和以极坐标表示的廓线方程,可供设计人员直接参考应用。 In new type ring frames, elastic members and balancing cams are used to replace the traditional dead weights for the balancing of the ring rails and other lifting parts. Either torsion rods or helical coil pull springs can be used for the elastic members. Based on the'Work and Energy' principle, this paper analyzes and studies the computation and design methods common to both types of elastic members and to those particular kinds of balancing cams. These kinds of cams are q uite special, being rarely treated in ordinary technical literature on the theory of cam designs. The analytical equation given here for the cam contours can directly serve for machine designers' easy reference.
