云南省5岁以下儿童死亡率的影响因素分析

An Analysis of Influence Factors on Mortality of Children Under 5

利用多元逐步回归分析方法,对可能影响5岁以下儿童死亡的自然、社会、卫生及文化经济等方面的26个因素进行了分析。结果说明,5岁以下儿童死亡与8种因素密切相关,必须采取综合治理的方法,多个部门齐抓共管,才能有效地降低儿童死亡率。

In this paper,the 26 natural ,social,healthy,cultural and economic factors which are likely to have effects on mortality of children under 5, were analysed by the multivariate stepwise regression method. Of these factors,8 factors are found to be the main influence factors of mortality. Furthermore,it is fornd that the delivery rate by new method,the average number of village doctors, the proportion of health part to total budget and the average anual net income are pos-tively related to mortality; and the distance between township clinic and country hospital, with electricity or not ,and with traffic or not are negetively relative. The results also shows that some comprehensive measures should be taken in order to decrease the mortality of children effeciently.
