保健地段儿童医疗服务需要与利用的描述性研究

Study on thd Medical Care Needs and Utilization of Children Aged 0-14 Years Cared by Community Health Care System

对北京市东城区朝阳门医院保健地段1307名0～14岁儿童进行了为期1年的连续性家庭健康询问调查。研究发现该地段儿童人口占全人群的18.7％,属于典型老龄化地区的儿童人群,儿童人口的医疗服务需要量低于全人群,门、急诊医疗服务利用水平高于全人群,住院利用水平低于全人群,儿童所患疾病以呼吸系统疾病为主,且冬季高发。

A random sample of 1307 children aged 0-14 years was drawn out form community health care area covered by Chao Yang-Men,Township Hospital of Eastern Urban District of Beijing. 1307 chiidern were divided randomly into 12 subgroups for continuing household health interview survey;one month one group maintaining twelve months,form May 1989 to April 1990. It was observed that children aged 0-14 years accounts for 18. 7% in total population and their gender ratio was 104. 9;The medical care needs of children is lower than that of total population. The u-tilization of emergency visiting and physicians contact within 2 weeks among the chiidern is higher than the whole population. Main diseases the chiidern suffered from is respiratory system diseases which mostly comes on in winter.
