摘要
推荐一种利用班前班后问卷计算效果指数来评价培训即时效果的方法,对培训效果进行比较,本文对其优点和局限性进行讨论。
This paper introduced an effectiveness index and its application in evaluation of project training. Two actual examples were given to show the method of calculation. The advantage and limitation of this effectiveness index were discussed.
