高电压尘肺胸片是现阶段尘肺诊断质量保证的重要环节之一。本文用解剖标志显示和物理参数测估对改造后国产２００ｍＡＸ线机所摄的尘肺胸片技术质量做了评价。改造后Ｘ线机所摄高电压胸片能很好显示肺内细微结构，对肋骨、心影、软组织重叠下的结构显示有很大的改善。胸片的密度、对比度更佳，影像清晰度有改善．国产２００ｍＡＸ线机改造摄高电压胸片能大大提高影像质量，有利于尘肺诊断质量的提高。

High KV radiographs taken by reconstru-cted domestic made 200mA X-ray set is an important approach for the quality assurance of diagnosis of pneumcconioses.The study evaluated high KV chest radiographs taken by rcconstructed ones on both anatomic landmark appearance and physical parameters.The re-suits indicated that the fine structures of lu-ngs and the diaphram outline can be clearly seen, and the pulmonary struetures under the ribs,soft tissues and retrocardia area are shown much better.The physical parameters of radiographs are more suitable for pneumoconioses.
