应用荧光免疫法检测生殖道沙眼衣原体及加德纳细菌

Detection Genital Path Chlamydi Trachomatis and Gardner' Bacterium by Fluorimetric Immunifaction

应用标记荧光素的抗沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,Ct)和抗阴道加德纳细菌(Gardnerella Vaginalis,GV)单克隆抗体,直接免疫荧光法(DFA)检测66例妇女生殖道标本。结果显示:Ct感染率为12.12％,GV感染率为19.70％。在妇科门诊患者Ct和GV感染率较高,应引起高度重视,18～40岁妇女是重点防治对象。

66 women's genital path samples have been detected by fluorimetric immunifaction. The results showed that the infection rate of anti-Chlamydi trachomatis is 12, 12% and that of anti-genital path Gardner'bacterium is 19. 70%. The results should be attached importance . The women between age 18 and 40 are important target of prevention and cure.
