原发性高血压病人尿去甲肾上腺素及肾上腺素的含量 被引量:1

Changes in Urinary Norepinephrine and Epinephrine in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 对原发性高血压(EH)60例、正常对照31例的尿去甲肾上腺素(UNE)及肾上腺素(UE)含量进行测定,以观察交感神经活性对(EH)的影响。EH组24h、日间、夜间UNE含量显著高于正常组(P<0.01).而EH组UE含量与正常组比较则无显著差异(P>0.05)。正常组UNE含量日间显著高于夜间(P<0.01),EH组UNE含量则无此昼夜规律性(P>0.05)、以正常组UNE均值加2s(+2s)作为正常高限.EH患者24h及夜间UNE含量高于正常高限者分别占19例(31.7%)及12例(2%).反映了部分EH患者交感神经活性可有明显增高。 Urinary norepinephrine (UNE) and epinephrine(UE) contents were measured in 60 cases of essential hypertension (EH) and 31 normal controls for evaluating the sympathetic activity. The mean 24 h,daytime and nighttime UNE inEH cases was significantly higher than that in normal su bjects(982. 54±373. 82 vs 724. 06±230. 70 nmol, 525. 86±242. 02vs 414. 03±130. 74 nmol,and 456. 68±203. 29 vs 310.04±141. 92 nmol, P < 0. 01 ), and no statistical difference wasfound in mean UE(24 h, daytime and nighttime) between EHcases and normal subjects (P>0. 05 ). The daytime UNE wassignificantly higher than nighttime UNE in normal subjects (P<0. 01 ), but such circadian rhythm disappeared in EH group(P> 0. 05). Using the mean UNE value plus 2SD values ofthe normal controls as a upper limit, there were 19 cases (31.7%) and 12 cases (20%) of EH, whose 24 h and nighttimeUNE contents were higher than the cut-of f respectively. Thisstudy suggests the UNE content can be used as a index for assessrnent of the sympathetic activity in EH.
