摘要
1991~1993年通过测定氰戊菊酯对潜叶蛾幼虫的毒力,首次明确了广东桔区柑桔潜叶蛾对氰戊菊酯已产生不同程度的抗药性,抗性指数最高达104.5倍。增效作用测定结果表明,增效醚(PB)对氰戊菊酯有显著的增效作用,增效指数达2430.3。初步显示多功能氧化酶是其抗药性的主要机制。
Bioassays on the toxicity of fenvalerate to different populations of citrus leaf minerlarvae sampled in some citrus producing areas of Guangdong province were carried out in1991-1993. It was found tliat the populations of citrus leaf miner in all sample places had de-veloped resistance to fenvalerate in a different extent, with the liighest resistant factor of104.5 and the lowest of 8.5.The resuIts of synergist bioassays showed that piperonylbu-toxide(PB)significantly increased the toxicity of fenvalerate to the second instar larvae。Itwas suggested that the mixed function oxidase might play a major role in the mechanisms ofits resistance to fenvalerate。
