摘要
应用氨氯地平对43例原发性高血压病病人进行4周治疗。结果显示氨氯地平有显著降压效果．对心率无明显影响。氨氯地平的降压效果在4周内随时间延长而增强。
Fourty three patients with essential hypertension were completed 4 week treatment with nmolodlpine. It was found that amlodipine has obvious antihypertensive effect with no significant changes in HR. The antihypertensive effect of amlodipine was gradually increased in 4 weeks course.
