摘要
应用酸听法从草浆黑液中提取木质素制备活性炭是草浆黑液治理及木质素综合利用的新途径,此法适于中小型造纸厂。黑液经除硅、酸析处理分离出木质素后,COD去除率达70%,黑液中木质素提取率达86.4%。由木质素制成的活性炭得率较高,吸附容量大,主要技术指标均达到了活性炭的质量标准。
It is a new approach to treat straw pulp black liquor and comprehensively utilize lignin extracted from the straw pulp b.ack liquor by acid separation for producing activated carbon. This approach can be used at small and medium-scale paper making factories. After desilication and separation of lignin by acid treatment, the COD removal and the lignin recovery of the black liquor are up to 70% and 86. 4%,respectively.
