摘要
通过镁离子内扩散方法.实现了沿α轴生长的Nd:MgO:LiNbO3单晶光纤具有阶跃折射率分布的芯-包层波导结构。并研制成LD泵浦的该包层单晶光纤室温腔外倍频激光器,在19mW的1.064μm入射光功率下,得到10μW的0.532μm的连续绿光输出。
A core-cladding waveguide structure of the a-axis, Nd: MgO: LiNbO3 single crystal fiber with step refractive index profile is achieved by a Mg-ion indiffusion process. A laser diode pumped Nd: MgO: LiNbO3 single crystal fiber extracavity frequency doubled laser at room temperature has been developed for the first time. A CW green laser of 10 μW (at 0. 532 μm) is obtained under 19 mW (at 1. 064 pm) input power.
