摘要
基于和所观察到的均匀光照在铁电体中产生的特有的光折变效应的剖析及晶体铁电性的研究,对旧有的以扩散为主的光折变机制提出质疑,建立均匀光照下铁电晶体的光折变微观机制的新模型,并且用该模型成功地解释了有关实验现象。
According to the analysis of the particular photorefractive effects oberved in photoferroelectrics illuminated uniformly and the study of photoferroelectricity, it is found that the photorefractive mechanism had on the diffusion theory is questionable and can not explain the experiments. We rebuild a new theoretical model had on the AP effect for homogeneously illuminated photoferroelectrics and give the experiments a successful explanation.
