摘要
对X线诊断为矽肺Ⅰ期的39名患者和31名无尘肺0+者进行了六项生化指标的测定,结果经方差分析,矽肺Ⅰ期组的血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测定值高于0+组,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量低于0+组。逐步回归分析表明,以上三项指标有助于区分矽肺Ⅰ期和0+。矽肺Ⅰ期组尿羟脯氨酸(HYP)、血清铜、锌含量与0+组无显著性差异。判别分析表明,血清CP、SOD、MDA三项指标建立的判别方程与矽肺Ⅰ期的X线诊断符合率为89.7%,与0+的X线诊断符合率为91.4%。据此认为,血清CP、SOD、MDA可以做为辅助矽肺早期诊断的指标。

“stage 0+”.The results of variance analysisshowed the activities of serum
ceruloplasmin(CP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)werehigher in cases of silicosis“stage
Ⅰ”than incases of“stage 0+”,while the activity ofserum malondialdehyde(MDA) in cases of
“stage Ⅰ”was lower than that in cases of“stage 0+”.The result of the stepwise
re-gression,analysis indicated these 3 indiceswere helpful to differeniate the cases of“stage
Ⅰ”from those of“stage 0+”,and therewas no significance difference between casesof
“stage Ⅰ”and“stage 0+”in the levels ofurinary hydroxyproline(HYP) and serumtrace
element Cu and Zn..The discriminationanalysis of serum CP,SOD and MDA showedthat the
reliability rates of the discriminationequation of silicosis cases“stage Ⅰ”and in“stage
0+”were 89.7%and 91.4%,of radio-logical diagnosis respectively.According to allabove results,
the levels of serum CP,SODand MDA may be used as supplementary in-dices for early
diagnosis of silicosis.
