大鼠受MNNG攻击的早期反应及营养干预作用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用SD系大鼠,按随机区组法分为4组:对照组、单MNNG组、MNNG+营养素(含维生素A、E及Se、Ca)干预组、MNNG+硒茶干预组。实验期2个月,观察血液过氧化作用、免疫细胞计数及胃粘膜过氧化脂质和病理变化。结果表明,大鼠受MNNG攻击的早期反应主要是过氧反应增强。联用营养素和硒茶干预能明显降低血清LPO和提高全血GSH水平。各组的SOD、GSH-PX活性、外周血的WBC和淋巴细胞计数、胃粘膜病理检验等均未见明显差别。 According to randomizing block design, the experiment rats devided four groups: Comparison, Simple MNNG. MNNG plus Nutrients (including VA. VE,Se. Ca) intervention. MNNG plus Se-tea intervention. This experiment took two months .to observate the peroxidation and the immune cell count in blood and lipid peroxidation and pathological change of the gastric mucosa. The results indicated that peroxidation inereased in the earlier period of rar's reaction by MNNG. nutriment and Se-tea were significantly lowered in serum LOP level and increasee blood GSH level. The SOD and GSH-Px activities and the counts of WBC lymphocyte in the peripheral blood and the gastric mucosa with pathological inspection of each group is no difference.
