摘要
应用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和Ames试验研究丙烯腈废水回收硫铵的致突变性。结果表明回收硫铵在较高剂量时可引起小鼠微核率的升高,低剂量时不明显;对TA(98)和TA(100),无论加S9还是不加S9,均无明显致突变活性。提示回收硫铵在较高剂量时对哺乳动物染色体可能具有一定的损伤畸变作用,而引起基因突变的可能性相对较小。
With mice micronuleus test and Ames test. this paper studied on the mutagenicity of the retrieved amminium sulfate (RAS). The results showed that it could increased the rates of mice micronulei at higher dose. but not increased significently at lower dose in micronuleus test. In Ames test. the mutagenicity of the RAS is negative to TA(98)and TA(100) (+S9 or-S9). It suggested that the RAS may have some damages on the chromosome of mammal at higher dose. but no obvious gene mutation.
