摘要
以小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率和睾丸细胞染色体畸变率为指标,研究了维生素C、维生素E及维生素C与维生素E协同作用对六价铬致突变性的影响。结果表明,大剂量的维生素C对六价铬有抗突变作用,维生素E对六价铬致突变作用无明显影响,维生素C与维生素E协同作用比单纯给维生素C抗六价铬诱变作用增强。
Effect of vitamin C and E on mutagenicity of hexavalent chromium were studied. The results showed that vitamin C had the antimutagenic effect against hexavalent chromium manifested by a decrease of the frequencies of chromosome aberration of hone marrow and testis cell,vitamin E had no significant antimutagenic effect against hexavalent chromiurn, but simultaneous vitamin C and E had a stronger antimutagenic effect against hexavalent chromium than only vitamin C.
