摘要
将24只孕鼠暴露于不同噪声强度下,观察其生殖内分泌激素变化,以探讨噪声对生殖系统损害作用机理。结果显示:100dB(A)强噪声暴露,孕鼠生殖内分泌激素E2、FSH、LH含量降低,孕期体重增重量、仔鼠出生体重和出生身长减低。提示:噪声对生殖系统损害作用与生殖内分泌紊乱有关。
To approach the cechanism of adverse reprlductive effects of noise ,we studied the reproductive endocrine hormones of 24 pregnant rats exposed to different noise levels. The result appeared that 100dB (A) noise decreased serum levels of Serum E2. LH, FSH. serum P followed the same pattern although it did not reach statistic significance. The body weiht offspring's newborn birthweight and length of pregnant rats exposed to 100dB(A) noise were found significant lower than controls. It might be concluded that be disturbnce of reproductive endocrine bormones might be lative with the adverse reproductive effects of noise.
