摘要
用刺五加口服液给大鼠灌胃,在其冷适应的过程中,检测其红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性的变化。结果表明:灌胃7、14、21天时,给药组与暴寒组相比.红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性明显增加(P<0.05)。说明刺五加可以调整机体细胞的代谢,对提高机体耐寒能力有一定的作用。
Changes of red blood cell menbrane Na+. K+-ATPase activity was studied in rats after drinked with liquid ciwujia 1、7、14、21 days. The results showed that Na+. K+-ATPase activity of Ciwujia administration groups was significantly elevated above that of the rats in cold exposure for 1、2、3 weeks. It suggested that Ciwujia can improve body's metabolic ability and speed up body's adaptation to cold.
