温石棉对红细胞膜蛋白构象的影响及氯化铝的拮抗作用

摘要 应用5NS、16NS和MSL自旋标记物,研究石棉粉尘致细胞膜损伤的机制及可溶性铝剂的拮抗作用。结果表明,在石棉的作用下,人红细胞表层和深层的膜脂流动性未见变化,而用MSL标记的膜蛋白结构则发生了松散变化(P<0.01);同时观察到可溶性铝剂能明显拮抗石棉粉尘的此种作用(P<0.05)。 In the present study,mechanisms of cellular membranous injury caused by chrysotile.and antiinjurious effect of solvable aluminium agents using 5NS, 16NS, MSL spin labels nas studied. The results indicated that both kinds of chrysotile could not change fluidity in upper and deeper region of erythrocyte membrane lipid.but could alter the con formation of membrane proteins labeled with MSL (P<0. 01). At the same time, we found that solvable aluminium agents could significantly antagonize the effect caused by chrysotile (P<0. 05 ),that provided a theoretical and practical basis for preventing potential risk to human health induced by chrysotile.
