摘要
对112例骨龄延迟病例和113个骨龄正常对照的发铜含量用ICP-AES法进行了检测.Logistic回归分析结果显示,同时调整年龄和身高时,发铜低于1.0或高于1.6μg/g者存在发育延迟的可能性是发铜在1.0~1.6μg/g者的3~4倍;同时调整发铜和年龄时,身高越低存在发育延迟的可能性越大;同时调整发铜和身高时,年龄越大存在发育延迟的可能性越大。发铜、年龄和身高任何两者之间无交互作用。
The hair Cu contents of 225 children aged 7~15 years old (112 bone-age delay cases and 113 normal bone-age controls) were determined with ICP-AES method. The statistic analysis was made with non-conditonal multivariate logistic regression model. The findings were that(1) under the condition that age and height were controlled equal, children whose hair Cu were lower than 1. 0 μg/g or higher than 1. 6μg/g had a 3-4 times higher probability of development delay than those whose hair Cu was 1. 0~1. 6μg/g. (2) under the condition that hair Cu and age were equal, the lower the height was, the larger the probability of development delay was,and (3) under the condition that hair Cu and height were equal, the higher the age was, the larger the development delay probability was.
