摘要 取大鼠胚胎中脑组织神经细胞作微团培养,培养物用1~4μmol/L四氯化碳染毒,用电镜观察细胞形态、细胞膜和亚细胞结构的改变,同时测定过氧化脂质分解产物丙二醛的含量、结果显示,1~2μmol/L四氯化碳影响细胞集落形成并致细胞肿胀,3~4μmol/L四氯化碳致细胞膜和亚细胞器受到严重损伤。四氯化碳可使细胞脂质过氧化作用增强,并与膜破坏的程度一致。 Primary micromass cultures of neurons from rat embryo midbrain were used to study the effect of CCl4 on the cell membranes. The cultures were exposed to 1-4μmol/L CCl4.The effects of the exposure were examined by electron microscopy and by measuring the degree of lipid peroxidation.The presence of 1-2μmol/L CCl4 supressed the formation of differentiated cell fool and led to a swelling of cell bodies. At34μmol/L CCl4 the membrans were seriously destroyed. The results showed a concentration-dependent increase in lipid peroxidation and the degree of membrane damage.
