摘要
本文介绍珠江口盆地第一座海洋石油钢质井口平台——惠州21—1平台的涂层保护原则及其腐蚀环境和涂层系统;阐述海洋石油钢质平台涂层保护系列的设计、施工和检验要求;重点探讨涂层系列的考虑因素和设计依据;最后指出惠州21—1平台所涂装的涂层系列能满足南海腐蚀环境条件和使用年限长平台构件的防腐蚀要求。
The corrosive environmental conditions and the protection principle of coatings and coating systems for the first offshore HZ 21-1 steel wellhead platform in the Pear River Mouth Basin of South China Sea are de-scribed ;the design for corrosion protection,painting measures and coating inspection requirments for the plat-form are presented ;especiall the coating choice and the design criteria for coating systems are emphasized. Fi-nally it is put forth that the coating systems used in HZ 21-1 platform can meet the requiremens of corrosion protection for the platform with long design life in corrosive environmental conditions in the South China Sea.
