本文在分析产生寄生功率原因的基础上，判断寄生功率流的方向，并提出寄生功率的定量计算方法及实验验证。

Based upon the analysis of generation cause of recycle power,a method is proposed in the paper to judge the direction of the recycle power flow and the quantitative calculation of the recycle power proved by the experiment is also given.
