“渤海长青号”甲板模块构件损伤后采取的对策

摘要 渤海长青号浮式生产储油装置在投入运行两年多的时间内,发现注水模块立柱与主甲板焊接处开裂以及锅炉工艺模块立柱斜撑失稳。这些构件的损伤,对油田生产可能产生的影响以及要不要停产维修等,引起中日双方的极大关注。本文概述渤海采油公司会同各方面专家,通过现场调研,查找致损原因,进行理论分析和科学计算,提出了一些应采取的对策。 In the period of two years when Bohai Changqing floating production oil-storage unit is in operation, it is discovered that cracking has appeared on the welding between water-injection module column and main deck, and the slope support of boiler process module column has losed its stability. Relevant staff of Bohai Oil Company and Japanese Corporation pay much attention to the causes of this damage , possible effect on oil production and necessity to stop operation for repair. Based on site investigation, search for damage causes, theoretical analysis and scientific calculation made by experts, this paper presents some suggestions and mea-sures to solve these problems.
