Characteristic Parameter Calculation of Centrifugal Pump Unit in Viscous Liquid Transportation

在原油输送工程中,常用离心泵作为原油输送泵组。泵样本上给出的离心泵组的特性都是用水试验得出的。因此,当输送性质不同于水的液体时,应考虑介质性质对泵组特性的影响,需对泵组特性进行修正计算。本文介绍了输送粘液时,对离心泵组特性的影响,给出了适于工程应用的修正计算图表及计算实例。

Centrifugal pumps are used usually as pump unit in crude oil transportation engineering. The characteris-tics of centrifugal pump unit given by pump specimen are obtained by testing with water. When liquid charac-ter transported differs from water , the effect of medium character to the pump unit properties should be con-sidered. Thus, the pump unit properties need a revising calculation. The effect to centrifugal pump unit prop-erties are introduced when viscous liquid are transported. Revising calculation chart and examples applied to engineering are given in the article.
