摘要
本文简要介绍了埕北油田用于原油和污水处理的工艺流程,详细总结了该油田自投产以来在原油脱水和污水处理两方面所做的工作,通过工艺流程的调试与改进、工艺参数的调整和化学药剂的筛选与投加试验,使该油田的净化原油含水和排放污水含油基本上达到了规定的标准。埕北油田原油脱水和污水处理问题的基本解决为我国海上其它稠油油田的开发提供了经验。
This paper introduces briefly technological process of crude oil and waste water disposal utilized.summa-rized detailly the work of both crude oil dehydration and waste water disposal since Chengbei oilfield has started up. The purified crude oil and discharged oily waste water have been reached discharge standard in Chengbei oilfield by technological process adjusting ,testing,improving ;technological parameters adjusting and chemical screening ,adding test. It provides experience for other viscous crude oil oilfield development.
